Spent Christmas in a remote onsen spa resort and had a lovely time. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a standout – I kept going back for more! The futon and pillow were comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the free drinks on offer. The onsen was a highlight of the stay –it felt nice and rejuvenating. The massage was great, and the taste of the kaiseki was good.
Some aspects were not so enjoyable during my stay. The toilet in the room was too dark, which made it hard to see anything!

We loved the luxurious feel of this place. The staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the welcome drink upon arrival, it added a special touch to our experience. The room amenities were impressive, with a comfortable sitting area, terrace, and even an in-room safe. The hotel also provided a hairdryer, free toiletries, and an electric kettle, making our stay even more convenient. Watching our favorite shows on the flat-screen TV was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and quality services.
With a variety of leisure activities available, there wasn't a dull moment at this venue. From enjoying a relaxing massage to singing our hearts out in the karaoke room, there was something for everyone.

I recently stayed at a traditional Japanese resort and was amazed by the incredible onsen baths and friendly staff. The breakfast was not only delicious, but also provided a great start to my day. In addition, the hotel facilities were clean and offered free drinks, which was a nice touch.

It was a great way to relax after a long day.
The location was quite inconvenient as there weren't many nearby restaurants that were open. We also had trouble with the karaoke room as the prices were too steep and the drinks menu was limited.

The hotel offers a traditional Japanese experience with a fantastic onsen and lovely staff who are always willing to help. Guests can enjoy free drinks and a nice massage. Breakfast is incredible and there are many delicious dishes to choose from. Some nice restaurants are available in the area, providing a chance to enjoy local cuisine. the futon bed and the pillow will provide a comfortable sleep.
The lighting in the bathroom is not very bright.
